Terms of Service

Realivo lets you capture before-and-after photos of cleaning jobs and generate timestamped reports that document your work. We may update, improve or change features over time.

You must be at least 18 and using the service for business or professional purposes. By using Realivo you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Please give accurate information and let us know promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

You keep ownership of the photos, reports and information you upload or create (“your content”). You are responsible for it, and you confirm that: you have the right to upload it; and you have any necessary permission or consent to take and store photos of properties and to handle any information about your clients, in line with data protection law. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process your content only so we can provide the service to you. We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't use it for our own purposes (see our Privacy Policy).

You agree not to: use Realivo for anything unlawful; upload content you don't have the right to use; attempt to access, disrupt, hack, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or resell or copy the service without our permission.

Realivo helps you document and present your work. The reports you create are records generated from the photos and details you provide. We don't guarantee that any report will resolve a dispute, or be accepted by any client, landlord, letting agent, deposit scheme or court. How you use your reports is up to you.

We work hard to keep Realivo running, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may carry out maintenance or make changes from time to time.

Realivo is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or plans in future, we'll make that clear and you'll be able to choose whether to use them before any charge applies.

The Realivo name, logo, software and design belong to seyiHQ Limited. Using the service doesn't give you any rights in them beyond using Realivo as intended.

You can stop using Realivo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that could harm it or others. When your account ends, we handle your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: we provide the service without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, business, data or goodwill; and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the “last updated” date. If you keep using Realivo after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
