Privacy Policy

This policy covers people who create a Realivo account and use the service (for example, cleaners and cleaning businesses). It also explains how we handle the information you upload, including photos.

• Account details: your email address and password (your password is stored in encrypted/hashed form — we never see it in plain text).
• Business profile: the business name, logo and contact details you choose to add for use on your reports.
• The content you create: job records, room names, notes, the before-and-after photos you upload, timestamps, and the reports you generate.
• Technical data: basic information your browser or device sends automatically, such as IP address, device/browser type and log data, used to keep the service running and secure.

The photos and details you upload may show other people's properties and could include information about your own clients. You are responsible for that information and for making sure you are allowed to upload it. For this content you act as the data controller and we act as your data processor — we only store and process it to provide the service to you, and we don't use it for our own purposes.

We use your data to: create and manage your account and provide the service (legal basis: performance of our contract with you); generate and store your reports and photos (contract); keep the service secure, working and improving (legitimate interests); send you essential service messages such as account and confirmation emails (contract / legitimate interests); and meet our legal obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your uploaded photos for advertising.

We use a small number of trusted providers (“processors”) who handle data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

• Supabase (secure database, sign-in and file/photo storage, hosted in a UK/EU data centre);
• Vercel (website and app hosting); and
• Resend (sending service emails).

We may also disclose data if required by law, or as part of a business sale or reorganisation.

Your account data, photos and reports are stored in a UK/EU data centre. Where any provider needs to transfer data outside the UK/EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual jobs and photos in the app at any time. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep some information to meet legal obligations.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; correct it; have it deleted; restrict or object to how we use it; ask for a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email support@seyihq.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk — though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

We use only essential cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Realivo is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “last updated” date above.
