Delete your account

A service of seyiHQ Limited

You can permanently delete your Realivo account and all of its data at any time. You don't need to reinstall the app. You can do it from within Realivo, or by emailing us. This page explains both routes and exactly what gets removed.

Delete your account in the app

If you run a cleaning business:

  1. 1Open the Realivo app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Account, then My Business.
  3. 3Scroll to Danger zone.
  4. 4Type DELETE in the confirmation box.
  5. 5Tap Delete my account permanently.

Remove your cleaners from your team first (Account, then Team). An owner account can't be deleted while cleaners are still in the team.

If you're a cleaner in a team:

  1. 1Open the Realivo app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Account.
  3. 3Scroll to Danger zone.
  4. 4Type DELETE in the confirmation box.
  5. 5Tap Delete my account permanently.

End any shift in progress first.

Your account is removed immediately, and you'll be signed out.

Prefer to email us?

Send a request to support@seyihq.com from the email address your account is registered under (so we can verify it's you), and we'll delete your account and data for you.

What gets deleted

For a business owner, deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your account and login details;
  • every job, room, checklist and issue you created;
  • all photos, including before and after photos, arrival condition photos, shift photos, and checklist and issue photos, also those your cleaners took in your jobs;
  • all reports and clean certificates;
  • your business profile, logo, saved properties and services.

Any report or verification links you've shared with clients will stop working. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export or save anything you need first.

For a cleaner, deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your account and login details;
  • your notification settings and notifications;
  • your place in the team. Jobs you haven't started go back to the business, unassigned.

Finished jobs, their photos, shift photos and proof of clean are the business's record of the work done, so they stay with the business.

What we keep

Your account and all of its data are removed from our live systems immediately and permanently. Your photos and logos are deleted from storage straight away and are not included in any backup.

Database records may persist in our routine encrypted backups for a short period, until those backups expire automatically on their normal cycle, after which they are gone. They are never restored to bring back a deleted account.
